Fixtures & Captains Pack

You can now see all of your clubs Equestrian fixtures on BUCS Play. If any of these are incorrect please contact BUCS Events.

This season, BUCS is encouraging captains to make better use of BUCS Play for fixtures, inputting team sheets and riders. A Captains Pack for Equestrian was released ahead of the season, which explained the requirements for a captain. If you did not recieve this through your institution, you can find it here.

Should you wish to submit a re-ranking, please continue to use the template below. Re-Ranking can be submitted at any time up to 21 November by emailing [email protected].

Please note: You are able to submit re-rankings prior to the window, however it will not come into place until Saturday 22 November (The beginning of Hosting Window 2).

N.B. The original deadline for this to be submitted to [email protected], as per Appendix 18, is Sunday 19 October 2025 (Extended from 12 October). Failure to submit before 23:59pm on this date will result in a £100 fine.

Welfare Concern Reporting Form

As part of BUCS commitment to continued improvement of the Equestrian programme, a welfare concern reporting form is being introduced for the 2025-26 season. This allows anyone attending a BUCS Equestrian fixture to report a welfare concern (Horse or Student Related). BUCS will review all welfare concerns and invesitgate/pass onto the relevant body. The form is available anonymously, or if you wish you can also leave your details. Please see below for the form:
