Please read the guide below for information on how to navigate BUCS Play for Equestrian in the 2024/25 season. This guide also includes next steps for your captains/commitee members ahead of the season:

N.B. Fixtures will appear as 3 'matches' per fixture, i.e. in a fixture between Birmingham, Nottingham and Loughborough, BUCS play will show the following:

Birmingham vs Nottingham

Birmingham vs Loughborough

Nottingham vs Loughborough

Rider Ranking List 2024-25

The deadline for this to be submitted, as per Appendix 18, is Friday 18 October 2024. Failure to submit before 23:59pm on this date will result in a £100 fine.

Re-Ranking Window

There will be a re-ranking window as normal for Equestrian. This will take place between Monday 11 November – Monday 18 November 2024. Re-Ranking can be submitted at any time up to [email protected] until this date using the excel template here.

Please note: You are able to submit re-rankings prior to the window, however it will not come into place until Monday 11 November.
