Hosting Fixture Submission Form
All institutions/Playing Entities must confirm all home match dates and venues to BUCS as per EQU 4.2.3. These are to be submitted via the form below:
BUCS Equestrian Hosting Date and Venue Submission (Note: This form will not open until fixtures are released)
The deadline for dates and venue to be submitted is Sunday 11 October at 23:59. Failure to submit by this date will incur a fine of £100 per fixture (i.e. if you have a 1st and 2nd team, you will be fined £200).
Rider Ranking List
Prior to the start of the season, each institution/Playing Entity must submit a ranked list of all the riders they expect to use across their teams. The template can be found below and should be emailed to BUCS Events:
Rider Ranking List 2026-27 Template
The deadline for this to be submitted is Sunday 25 October 2026. Failure to submit before 23:59pm on this date will result in a £100 fine.
There will be one opportunity to re-rank riders (Dates TBC).
Institutions/Playing Entities may request to add riders in at any position on their ranking list at any time throughout the season by emailing BUCS Events. All requests must be approved in writing by BUCS in advance of the rider/s competing, so should be made as far in advance as possible.
Welfare Concern Reporting Form
The welfare concern reporting form allows anyone attending a BUCS Equestrian fixture to report a welfare concern (Horse or Student Related). BUCS will review all welfare concerns and invesitgate/pass onto the relevant body. The form is available anonymously, or if you wish you can also leave your details. Please see below for the form:
