Please see below for the hosting window dates for the 2025-26 BUCS Equestrian Pool Stages:
Hosting Window 1:
Wednesday 22 October – Friday 21 November
Re-Ranking Window (Changes active from Hosting Window 2):
Monday 10 November – Friday 21 November
Hosting Window 2:
Saturday 22 November – Friday 23 January
Hosting Window 3:
Saturday 24 January – Friday 20 February
Hosting Window 4:
Saturday 21 February – Friday 22 March
Rider Ranking List

The deadline for this to be submitted, as per Appendix 18, is Sunday 19 October 2025 (Extended from 12 October). Failure to submit before 23:59pm on this date will result in a £100 fine.
Re-Ranking Window
There will be one re-ranking window for Equestrian teams. This will take place between Monday 10 November – Friday 21 November 2025. Re-Ranking can be submitted at any time up to 21 November by emailing [email protected] using the excel template here.
Please note: You are able to submit re-rankings prior to the window, however it will not come into place until Saturday 22 November (The beginning of Hosting Window 2).
Pool Match Dates and Venues Submission
Please fill out one form per team, e.g. If you have entered three teams, you should complete three forms.
As per the Sport Specific Affiliations Document, all institutions/Playing Entities must confirm all home match dates and venues to BUCS by Sunday 12 October 2025. This can be done by following the below link:
