Update on the BUCS 2020-21 Season

Mini leagues will start from November 2020 with the intention of regionals and finals to take place at their standard time of the year.

Update 11 January 2021

Due to the current national lockdown we understand that mini leagues cannot currently take place however we are not cancelling the equestrian programme at this current point in time. The current mini league window is until the 26th March and we will continue to review this alongisde all our other events. Please see the mini league tab for more information. Please contact Jo Smith for any questions.

The format of the competition may be changed if there is a significant decrease in team entries.  All Equestrian events will be subject to local and national restrictions regarding Covid-19.

About the programme
Don't have a horse to ride? That's okay. All BUCS riders compete on a borrowed horse.

Riders compete in both dressage and show jumping, where their combined scores make up their final result.

  • The first teams take part in the championship
  • The second, third and fourth teams in the trophy

The mini-league winners progress to regional rounds. The winner of regionals go on to the national finals.
