If a report submitted is not about a problem initiation, we will not process the report or take any actions.

If you want to report an incident involving sexual violence, sexual harassment, discrimination, bullying, hate crimes or sexual or physical abuse. Please get in contact with your institution.
What if you or someone else may be at immediate risk?
