When a report is received, our first step is to review and remove any information that may identify the individual to respect requests of anonymity.
BUCS will then contact the institution and ask them to investigate the incident and to report back their findings to BUCS.
Once we receive this report, we will evaluate the findings and consider whether further actions should be taken by BUCS, should any of our Regulations have been breached (noting BUCS Regulatory powers rest in BUCS Competitions and BUCS Organised Activities).
