The reporting form has been created to help us address problem events within higher education sport as we want it to be a safe space, as a safety-net in the case of students that do not want to or feel comfortable reporting directly to their institution.

What if you or someone else may be at immediate risk?

If someone is in immediate danger or seriously injured, then you should call 999 and ask for the appropriate responders.

If a report submitted is not about a problem event, we will not process the report or take any action.
