As a student or staff member of a UNIversal Gym institution, you now have the opportunity to access multiple facilities across the United Kingdom. Here's what you need to do when you want to visit a gym facility.

It's now easier to access a gym all year round. To get access to a UNIversal Gym membership, you first need to sign up to your institution's gym, we recommend speaking to your institution's Fitness Membership team to confirm the membership type required.

Once your membership has been approved by your institution, you can book available UNIversal Gym sessions by following these steps:

Prior to your visit, please ensure you book your UNIversal Gym session via BUCS Play and check to see if there are any restrictions in place. The availability of gym sessions is entirely at each institutions discretion and will vary from facility to facility. If you have any questions regarding the UNIversal Gym availability at a specific institution, we recommend that you contact the facility prior to your arrival.
