Less players, more skillful. You'd be wrong to think it's in the same League as Union.

With over 60 teams in our Rugby League programme, the fight to be the best university in the country is on.

The end of rugby league season finishes with a battle for bragging rights at BUCS Big Wednesday.

Leagues and Knockouts for 2020-21

Having reviewed the latest roadmaps of the home nations (with an acknowledgement that this is constantly shifting), BUCS felt it would be possible to deliver some competition in Term Three. An informal league offer was deemed to be the most realistic offer of Term Three, with entries closing on Thursday 1 April.

The Competitions team have completed their assessment of entries into the Term Three Opt-in Competition, and unfortunately are unable to provide an offer due to lack of demand, geographical distances, or competitive imbalances.
