Staged Entry
Stage 2 entry will be available for those who have missed the Stage 1 deadline should the event not have reached capacity in stage 1. This will cost £40.
Preference will be given to stage 1 athletes should the event become oversubscribed.
Institutional Administrators should rank their athletes in order of preference in the event that the event becomes oversubscribed.
Entry Allowance
The event capacity is 80 riders in the Open category and 80 riders in the Women's category. Any additional riders will be placed on a reserves list and will be contacted in order should the event be oversubscribed.
This will be done according to the rankings list and the order of institutions will be randomly balloted e.g. any 4th rank riders on the reserves list will be randomly balloted, followed by 5th, and so on.
Entry Process
To apply for the competition all eligible competitors must follow these steps:
- Competitor to apply to the event on BUCS Play (Instructions on how to do this can be found here)
- Institution administrator approves entry (Instructions on how to do this can be found here)
- BUCS approves/denies entry into competition and publishes confirmed entry list

Rules and Regulations
BUCS Cycling Rules and Regulations
This event will be run under the technical regulations of British Cycling.
Licence
All riders are required to have a category 3 licence (or better) to race in this event.
Withdrawals
To withdraw from the event, please contact your Institution Administrator who should inform the event lead.

Photography & Videography
Anyone wishing to take photos or video at this event must complete the BUCS Media Accreditation Form prior to the event
