We’re delighted to release our Diversity & Inclusion Action Plan 2026.

The release of this action plan demonstrates the Board’s approval with our direction towards diversity & inclusion and represents the next steps that we need to take as an organisation to fully achieve our vision and mission.

In the plan, the introduction states the importance of Diversity & Inclusion to BUCS, any changes from 2024-25 and an insight into our current demographic data.

Following this, the action plan examines the five pillars: Strategy & Leadership, Governance, Representation, Stakeholders and Data.

We also look at the 2-3 year outlook before reviewing and discussing how we will continue to embed EEDI across all our work streams and throughout our relationships with members.
