Entry Process
To apply for the competition all eligible competitors must follow these steps:
- Competitor to apply to the event on BUCS Play (Instructions on how to do this can be found here)
- Institution administrator approves entry (Instructions on how to do this can be found here)
- BUCS approves/denies entry into competition and publishes confirmed entry list
Any data will be handled in accordance with BUCS Privacy Policy

BUCS Cycling
Join the competition on BUCS Play.
Entry Allowance
Each race (Men's and Women's) has a capacity of 150 riders.
Institutions are requested to rank their athletes in order of preference. Should the event be oversubscribed we will use this ranking to determine the start list.
Withdrawals
Competitor withdrawals must be made by a competitor’s Institution Admins by Notifications of withdrawal and any substitution requests must be emailed to Maddi Cannell, BUCS Event Coordinator, prior to the start of competition.
Withdrawals before the entry deadline, Thursday 13th April 2023 at 11:59pm will not be charged.
