Digital Survey Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is: British Universities & Colleges Sport Limited (BUCS) whose registered office is at 20-24 Kings Bench Street, London SE1 0QX.  

2. The prize draw is open to all respondents who:  

• Are a resident in the United Kingdom.  

3. Entry to the prize draw is by completing the BUCS Digital Survey.  

4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. 

5. There is only one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.  

6. The prize consists of one (1) iPad and three (3) £100 Amazon vouchers. 

7. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. 

8. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 

9. The prize draw closes at 11.59pm on Sunday 31 July 2022. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted. 

10. There will be four (4) winners who will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.   

11. The winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the closing date to the email address provided when completing the survey.  

12. To claim the prize the winners must follow the instructions in the email notifying then that they are the winner.  

13. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 

14. The promoter will notify each winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered. 

15. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. 

16. By completing the BUCS Digital Survey you authorise BUCS to store and use your personal data. You may instruct us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes by email at any time by contacting [email protected] or we will provide you with an opportunity to opt-out of receiving all subsequent emails via the log in areas. 

17. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter. 

18. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. 

19. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered. 

20. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. 

21. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. 

22. By completing and submitting the completed survey, it will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

23. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to British Universities & Colleges Sport and not to any other party.  

Any information provided will be used in conjunction with the BUCS Privacy Policy.
