The match schedule for each division will be updated on this sheet the day before the competition is due to start.

Teams should ensure they wear matching kit from their institution.

Please note this rule is not applicable for the Mixed Fours tournament. 

To withdraw from the event, please contact your Institution Administrator who should inform the event lead.

Specific details regarding withdrawal dates and withdrawal fees can be found in the Entry Information tab above. 

All tournament presentations will take place after the last final on the 4 June.

Please leave some time to ensure you can collect your prizes! Finals will finish at 6pm at the latest.

Appendix 1 should be read in conjunction with Regulation 6.

We encourage all participants to travel by public transport where possible.

Local train stations: 

Bournemouth - 45 mins to venue via number 50 bus (Purbeck Breezer), or 21 minute car/taxi journey.

Poole - 27 mins to venue via number 60 bus (Harbour Breezer) or a 16 minute car/taxi.

Branksome - 36 minute journey via buses m1 and 60 (Harbour Breezer), a 12 minute car/taxi journey or a 1hr walk

Car Parking

If travelling by car, early parking is free on the surrounding roads near the venue, however please park responsibly and with due care of residents. Please also allow upto 20 minutes walking time from these areas to the venue, as they do get congested quickly.

A paid car park is also available adjacent to the beach - Charges apply from 8am to 10pm. Beach Road Car Park is another paid option nearby if this Sandbanks is full.

Public toilets are available next to the tournament venue.

There is also a gazebo for players to change in on the beach as part of the event. 

Drinks and snacks can be bought from local vendors. There are a variety of options in the vicinity of the beach. Please be responsible when purchasing food and drink, and put all litter in the bins provided once you have finished with it.

The sustainability of our events matters deeply to us.

This year, we are asking all participants to bring a resuseable bottle to the event to avoid buying any single use plastic. With various drinking water taps located on the promenade, a resuseable water bottle is a quicker and more sustainable option, so please bring one and help make BUCS events better for the planet!
