Competition cards can be downloaded here.
Athletes at all levels are reminded to submit competition cards to the Difficulty Judges of their panel at the start of their apparatus warm up. These must be printed in advance; blank copies will not be provided on the day.
Competition cards must be signed by a present, suitably-qualified coach. Competition cards should only be signed by a coach with personal experience with the athlete.
