Event Timetable

Both qualification and final rounds (where applicable) for each category shall take place on one day. The provisional timetable is as follows:

Accreditation

Athlete Accreditation – Club Collection

Accreditation is required for access to the Field of Play. Athlete access is permitted during each athlete’s timetabled competition slot(s) only. Athlete accreditation will be available for collection by a single club representative only, who must bring photo identification (student cards) for all of their club’s competitors during one of the collection slots listed below.

Club representatives are strongly encouraged to attend the slot on Friday evening to ensure quick access to the Field of Play on the day of competition.

Accreditation will be withheld if photo identification is not presented, and access to the Field of Play will not be permitted. Please arrive in good time to collect all accreditation as required and ensure that your club representative attends with photo identification (student cards) for all athletes. Independent guest entries may attend any of the above slots on an individual basis.
Accreditation is strictly non-transferable between athletes Student photo identifications must be in the form of a student ID card. Guest identification may be in the form of a driving license or passport. Transferring accreditations will result in immediate disqualification.

Coach Accreditation
Each institution shall be allocated one coach accreditation for the weekend. Coach accreditation is required for access the Field of Play. If your institution requires any additional coach accreditations, these must be applied for on or before Friday 18 March, with written requests sent to Cleo Lyn

If an application is not received on or before this date, your institution shall be limited to the default allocation of one. Additional accreditation will not be available on the day of the event. Please note that while only one accreditation will be provided by default, this may be shared by more than one coach throughout the day - however, the accreditation is strictly nontransferable between institutions. Coach accreditation will be included in club accreditation packs.

Apparatus

For all levels and disciplines, the following apparatus will be in use:

Trampoline: Eurotramp Ultimate 4x4
DMT: Eurotramp Ultimate 6x6

Competition apparatus is supplied by Gymaid.

As a reminder, it is a strict condition of participation in this event that each athlete has sufficient prior experience on apparatus of the above specification.
 

New Attire Rules

Please note that gymnast attire requirements are no longer gender-specific, in line with the British Gymnastics Competition Attire at Events for Gymnasts policy.  Any combination of gymnast attire may be worn by any competitor, provided that the attire complies with that policy at all times.

Competitors may wear alternative attire in accordance with their particular faith, belief or religion (including head coverings) with the proviso that the competitor and their coach has assessed the risk associated with this and has taken any suitable mitigating action(s), where applicable, to ensure the highest standards of safety are upheld.

Underwear should not be visible.  In the event that it is not possible to adequately cover underwear, a dress penalty shall not be applied if the visible underwear does not create a large contrast with the colour of the leotard.  Competitors are required to remain in competition attire (or a tracksuit) at all times whilst on the competition floor.  Removal of competition attire on the competition floor will result in disqualification.
 

Changing Facilities

Telford International Centre does not have dedicated changing facilities, however suitable areas have been signposted in the Arena map, above. Gender neutral changing facilities will be available in the room adjacent to the Officials’ Room. 
 

Competition Cards

Athletes at all levels are reminded to submit competition cards to the Difficulty Judges of their panel at the start of their apparatus warm up.
These must be printed in advance; blank copies will not be provided on the day. Competition cards must be signed by a present, suitably-qualified coach. Competition cards should only be signed by a coach with personal experience with the athlete

Final Rounds March On

For all Trampoline Individual levels, and Double Mini-Trampoline FIG Levels, the final rounds for each category will take place after the qualification round on each day in a separate final. Athletes should meet at the assembly point at their timetabled slot to be prepared for a march on to the Field of Play. DMT Levels 1 - 3 and Performance Level shall compete their final rounds immediately after each of their qualification rounds.

Finalist athletes must arrive on time for their slots to ensure that they can be assembled in good time. After entering the Field of Play, athletes should await instruction before commencing their apparatus warm ups.
 

Spectators

Spectators are welcome to attend this event. Only accreditation holders may enter the Field of Play (during an athlete’s allocated flight(s) only). 
 

Spotter and Field of Play Attire

Coach/spotter attire must be per the British Gymnastics attire rules. Competitors must remain in competition attire at all times whilst on the Field of Play. Changing or removing competition attire on the Field of Play shall result in disqualification without a right to appeal.
