Tuesday 15 October 2024 at 23:59pm – Team Join Deadline (Players to have joined their team on BUCS Play and been accepted into the team by a captain and/or Institution Administrator on BUCS Play)

ENTRY COSTS

£178.50 Per Team

SINGLE ENTRY

This competition will NOT operate a staged entry process. As such, please ensure all entries are submitted through BUCS Play prior to the closing date listed above.

Institutions can enter more than one men’s and one women’s team. If the event reaches capacity BUCS reserves the right to cut entries. If entries are cut, entry priority will be given in the following order:

• Championship teams from 2023-24 (first team only)
• Trophy teams from 2023-24 (first team only)
• New Institutions first teams
• Institution second/third etc teams

Institution Administrators (IA) must enter the desired number of teams on BUCS Play.

To apply for this competition:

1. Entries will need to be submitted via the team entries section of our online entry system, BUCS Play (Instructions on how to do this can be found here)
2. Please speak to your Institution Administrator as they will need to submit your entry.
3. Competitors then need to apply for their respective team. (Instructions on how to do this can be found here)
4. Institution Administrators must approve a competitor’s application before their entry is confirmed. Institution Administrators are able to give team captains approval access to help with this process (Instructions on how to do this can be found here)

BUCS Points are awarded to the top 8 finishing teams in both the Championship and the Trophy

For the 2024/25 season, teams will not be required to submit a team sheet prior to the event, as in previous years. However, all participants MUST be registered to the appropriate team on BUCS play by the deadline above. The squads entered on BUCS play will be used on the day, so ensure you are in the correct team to avoid any issues.

Team withdrawals must be made by a competitors athletic/students union, by emailing the event lead Chris Lamb.

Withdrawals before the team entry deadline, 3 October 2024 at 11:59pm will not be charged.

Withdrawals after the team entry deadline, 3 October 2024 at 11:59pm will still be charged the entry fee.

No shows will be charged a £200 schedule amendment fee.

Anyone wishing to take photos or video at this event must complete the BUCS Media Accreditation Form prior to the event
