Accepted Entries & Reserve List
The accepted entries and reserves can be found here
If you cannot see your entry in either the competition or reserve list, please check the ‘Entries Not Accepted’ tab.
A maximum of one entry per institution per category has been accepted. If a category has not reached capacity, up to two listed reserves from institutions are permitted where space allows.
Where a category is oversubscribed, the top boxers 1 – 8 will compete in Class A. Where capacity allows, the next eight boxers 9 – 16 are invited to take part in a Class B, which does not offer any BUCS points or medals. This is optional and should the Class B competitors not wish to take part they are free to withdraw by 5pm on Tuesday 13 January 2026 to avoid being charged the entry fee. For more information, please see the Withdrawals tab.
On the competition day, should there be a no show/drop-out from Class A, the Class B competitors will be given priority to fill those spaces.
Reserves:
The reserve list is in order e.g. if you are listed as number 1, you will be the first person called up if there is a withdrawal in your category. You will be emailed directly and asked to confirm if you would like to accept the place in the competition.
Reserves will only be charged an entry fee if they are accepted into the competition. We advise reserves do not to attend the event as a bout cannot be guaranteed.
DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE EVENT, BUCS CANNOT GUARANTEE COMPETITORS A COMPETITION BOUT, AS SOME COMPETITORS DROP OUT AT SHORT NOTICE/DO NOT SHOW/DO NOT MEET WEIGHT.

- We are beginning to track our carbon footprint across BUCS events to identify areas of improvement.
How can you help at this event? Here’s some ideas:
- Be self-sufficient by bringing your own refillable bottles and coffee cups to reduce waste
- Ensure you are disposing of waste correctly – general waste, recycling and food waste bins are available around the venue
- Travel smarter – as a team on a minibus, cycle or use public transport!
