The first May Bank Holiday weekend was a big one for BUCS action, as thousands of students competed at BUCS Regatta in Nottingham, and the Outdoor Athletics Championships in Manchester.

For the 2026-27 season Women’s BUCS Super Rugby will expand to eight teams, welcoming Surrey to the highest level of university rugby.
