Subway®, one of the world’s largest quick service restaurant brands, has today announced a new partnership with British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS) as part of its” Fresh Moves” initiative dedicated to promoting emerging sports and the importance of physical activity.
As part of its “Fresh Moves” initiative, Subway is helping communities across the UK embrace active lifestyles by partnering with organisations that improve access to emerging sports, including basketball, skateboarding, breakdancing and women’s football.
Together, Subway and BUCS will help the next generation of students stay active and engaged with university sport - expanding the reach and impact of “Fresh Moves” across UK campuses.
As part of this partnership, Subway will support the growth and visibility of BUCS’ women’s football and basketball programmes, including wheelchair basketball and 3x3 basketball. Through storytelling and activations, Subway and BUCS will bring to life the impact of these programmes, showcasing how sport and movement promotes leadership, inclusivity, and community spirit among students.
