Wheelchair Entry Information
Entry Closing Date: Tuesday 19 March 2024
Insitution Administrator Approval Deadline: Thursday 21 March 2024 (Institution Administrators have 48 hours after the student/competitor deadline to approve entries)

This competition will NOT operate a staged entry process. As such, please ensure all entries are submitted through BUCS Play prior to the closing date listed above. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.

Guest Entries
If you have entered as a guest and under the age of 18 you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Failure to do so will result in you not being able to compete.
By entering as a guest, you are agreeing to the BUCS Rules & Regulations which can be found on the BUCS Website, and you are adhering to the BUCS General Event Disclaimer.

There will be no BUCS Points available at this event.
Eligibility
The Wheelchair event is open to individuals with a disability, however, you don't need a formal classification or to provide any details about you disability to compete. It is expected that you compete in your own sports wheelchair.
Fines for Withdrawals (Wheelchair Finals)
FINES FOR WITHDRAWALS – WHEELCHAIR FINALS
- Withdrawal after 5pm on Friday 15 March: £20
- Withdrawal after 3pm on Thursday 21 March: £50
- No shows on the day of the applicable event: £75
- If you withdraw after the 12 March, but prior to the 15 March you will still be charged the entry fee
