Format:
- The 10 teams will be split into 2 pools
- Teams will play all teams in their Pool during the morning games and will play one innings of 20 good balls throughout
- The top 2 teams in each Pool will advance to the semi-finals

Rules & Regulations
Team Sheets
Players must be added to teams on the BUCS Play system by 23:59 on Tuesday 3 March 2026 at 23:59pm, and be approved by IA's by Thursday 5 March 2026 at 23:59pm.
The squad size is a maximum of 15 and minimum of 6. No more than 9 players may be on the field at any one time and no more than 5 males on the field at any one time.
On the day Team Captains will have to name their batting order to umpires before each match.
Umpires
Umpires will be provided by Rounders England and will have a minimum qualification of Level 2 on the umpire pathway.
BUCS Points Available
BUCS Points are not directly available at this singular event. This event is a qualifying event for the National Championships. BUCS Points will be awarded after the National Championship event has taken place.
Withdrawals
To withdraw from the event, please contact your Institution Administrator who should pass this onto BUCS Events.

Parking
Parking is readily available at Coombe Dingle Sports Complex.
Changing Rooms / Disability Access
Changing rooms are available but are also accessible for other outdoor bookings on the date.
Food & Drink
Harry’s bar in the pavilion will be open for tea/coffee and snacks from 10am.
Presentations
The presentations will take place after the final. The winners and runners up will be awarded with a medal.
Photography & Videography
Anyone wishing to take photos or video at this event must complete the BUCS Media Accreditation Form prior to the event.
BUCS reserves the right to prohibit photography equipment being used at a BUCS event. BUCS reserves the right to request that the individual ceases to take photographs, deletes any images and, if considered necessary, leaves the venue.

- All staff and volunteers are encouraged to travel to the event via public transport
- We have used local suppliers where possible
- Event programmes are all online, minimising paper use
- We will print on demand merchandise (if applicable)
- We are beginning to track our carbon footprint across BUCS events to identify areas of improvement.
How can you help at this event? Here’s some ideas:
- Be self-sufficient by bringing your own refillable bottles and coffee cups to reduce waste
- Ensure you are disposing of waste correctly – Check around the venue for specific recycling and food waste bins
- Travel smarter – as a team on a minibus, cycle or use public transport
