Team Events are to be drawn on the evening of 6 December. These will appear here and on the UPC event page shortly after.
Schedule
Friday 9 December, 9-11pm:
● Open Registration – this is not compulsory, but all players are advised to register during this window if travel arrangements allow.
Saturday 10 December, from 9am:
● Captains & Main Contacts Briefing – all team captains and main contacts must attend.

Food & Drink
Food and drink can be purchased at the venue.
No food and drink bought from outside of the venue should be brought onto the premises.
Any food and drink bought outside of the venue and subsequently brought onto the premises will be confiscated, so please ensure you do not bring any food or drink on site!
Presentations
Presentations for the Individual Championship and the Individual Trophy will take place immediately after the conclusion of those events on Monday 12 December.
Presentations for the Team Championship and the Team Trophy will take place immediately after the conclusion of those events on Tuesday 13 December.
All players finishing in medal positions must attend the presentations in full UPC dress code for the official event photographs. Failure to comply may result in medals and any prizemoney being forfeited.
Withdrawals & Changes
All competitors that an Institution Administrator has approved on BUCS Play as at 11:59pm on Thursday 1 December will be charged the entry fee, but if a competitor later withdraws then a reserve may take his place in the event. Player changes will only be accepted if the proposed replacement has been added as a reserve for the event on BUCS Play.
Changes made after 11:59pm on Thursday 1 December but before the publication of the draw will be subject to a surcharge of £10.00 per reserve and changes made after the publication of the draw will be subject to a surcharge of £20.00 per reserve, both to be paid in cash at the event.
