Schedule
A Captains Briefing will take place at 14:30 on Thursday 25 November at which there will be handouts that include a schedule.

Parking
There is a free onsite car park with space for up to 300 vehicles. Please ensure you arrive to venue early to avoid congestion.
Disabled access
The hotel is accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Food and Drink
Food and drink is available for purchase in the tournament hotel.
Food and drink purchased with the tournament hotel should not be consumed in any public area of the hotel and may be confiscated without further warning if it is discovered that this is happening. Offenders may also be reported to their institutions’ authorities and to BUCS and may ultimately be removed from the tournament hotel.

Presentations
Presentations of trophies and BUCS medals will take place immediately after the conclusion of the Individual competitions (Saturday 27 November) and Team competitions (Sunday 28 November).

Progression to the finals
The top two first teams per group will progress to the Team Championship knockout stages. The remaining highest two teams (of any denomination) per group will progress to the Team Trophy knockout stages.
The Individual Championship and Individual Trophy are both single-elimination (straight knockout) competitions.
