Draws will be released the Thursday prior to the tournament to ensure that, as much as possible, we maintain accurate seeding.
Tournament is a stand-alone event, tournament will be played as FAST4 with round robin groups for each gender and mixed, followed by Direct Eliminations to decide winners per category. All timings for the day are provisional and subject to change.
Withdrawals
Any team unable to attend must inform Liberty Andrews (Regional Competitions and Events Coordinator) as soon as possible, copying in their Athletic Union to ensure they are aware of the withdrawal.
Any withdrawal later than 12:00am Wednesday 28 October 2026 must also be emailed to the Tournament Referee (Graham Silvester) and Liberty Andrews. Any withdrawal later than 09:00 am on Friday 30 October 2026 must also be telephoned to Liberty Andrews (07522 700978). Withdrawals are not eligible for a refund on the entry fee.

CHANGING:
There are changing facilities on site and toilets which will be accessible.
TRANSPORT:
The nearest tube station to Redbridge Sports Centre in Barkingside is Grange Hill. Bus lines that pass the facility are 167, 169, 247, 275 and 462.
PARKING:
Parking is available on site at Redbridge Tennis Club.
