Presentations will take place on pitch and all presentations will be made after the conclusion of the Championship Finals. Where possible, we expect all teams receiving medals teams to attend.

Registration will take place inside the reception area of the main “Leisure Dome” building.

Captain/Coaches’ briefing will take place on the grass area in front of the Leisure Dome.

Please ensure you have registered your team’s arrival as soon as you get to site.

A WhatsApp Group will be used to communicate with teams and post results throughout the day.

Team sheets are not required for this event; however, all players must be registered on BUCS Play by Tuesday 20th October at 23:59.

The maximum squad size for BUCS 6’s tournament is 12 players.

Withdrawals received before the team join deadline of Thursday 8^th October at 23:59pm will not be charged the entry fee. Withdrawals received after the team join deadline of Thursday 8^th October will still be charged the entry fee.

The introduction of protective eyewear for the women's competition will be in effect for this competition. Please refer to the England Lacrosse website for further information.

This event will be using the updated World Lacrosse 6s Rulebook.

There is a maximum of 160 car park spaces on site, provided on a first come first served basis. Once these are full, people will be advised to park off site. When parking off site please be considerate of the local residents and park appropriately.

Parking for minibuses and large 52 seat coaches is not available on site. Please see map below for instructions for large coaches. Minibuses are asked to follow the same instructions regarding drop off, and park appropriate in the surrounding area.

Due to the facility’s location within a residential area and limited on-site parking, coaches are required to drop teams off and then park away from the site.

While there are no parking restrictions on Yew Tree Road (directly outside the facility), coaches should only use this road for drop-off purposes to avoid blocking the carriageway for extended periods.

Free parking bays are available on Platt Lane, adjacent to the grass pitch, and can be used for coach parking after drop-off.

Mobile food & drink caterers will be available at the event hub, situated in between the two main buildings. Food & drink on offer will include:

• Coffee
• Wood-fired Pizza

There is also a supermarket a short walk away from the venue.

Emergency first aid will be provided at the event venue. Teams are expected to bring their own first aid kit with them to treat minor cuts/bruises, with the Emergency First Aid team on hand in the event of any more serious incidents. Please note:

- There are no Physio services provided on site.

- The First Aid team do not provide any physio or taping services

Warm up areas will be available the 3G Dome.

Please do not warm up directly behind goal areas.

All players must wear a playing shirt or bib which is clearly numbered. The number must be visible on both the front AND back of the shirt. Teams must identify playing numbers on the team sheets, no number may be used more than once, and players cannot swap numbers during the tournament.

Where possible, please bring a set of different coloured bibs in event of a clash of playing colours. Where opposing teams are deemed to be wearing colours that are too similar, the first named team on the schedule will be required to change their playing colour.
