Team Sheets
Students must join the team on BUCS Play by Tuesday 11 October 2022. Only students who are listed as part of the team on BUCS Play will be permitted to be listed on the match day playing squad.
Please ensure your team sheet is submitted to BUCS ([email protected]) no later than 5pm Wednesday 12th October. You can also bring your team sheet to event control when you register your team on the day. If you have made any adjustments to your team sheet after submitting it, please bring an up to date team sheet to event control when you register.
Squad sizes: Maximum squad size for BUCS 6’s tournament is 12 players.

Parking
There is limited parking available on site, so please share transport where possible.
Teams will be provided with an access to code to use when entering the main gate at Clifton Campus.
Please use the car park next to the cricket pitch, as indicated on the map below. Parking marshals will be operating on the day, please make sure you follow their instructions.
Changing Facilities
Changing rooms will be available at various locations on the site:
Lee Westwood Sports Centre (x 2)
Club House (x 6)
Main Gate (x 4)
Members of staff will be on hand to help direct you to changing rooms, however we would suggest teams com dressed ready to play. All changing rooms are shared, teams will not be allocated their own room, and will not be locked. Please make sure you do not leave any valuables unattended.
Please make sure you changing rooms are left clean and tidy after use

Food/Drink
Vending and coffee machines are available in the Lee Westwood Sports centre.
Food & drink is also available at the Student’s Union and the Pavilion Building.
Additional shops are approximately 10 minute walk from the campus.
First Aid
First responders will be based at the main rugby pitch. Teams are asked to bring their own basic first aid kit to be able to deal with any minor/superficial injuries.
Warm Up Area
Playing Surface
All games will be played on GRASS.
Please make sure you have appropriate footwear for your playing surface, and ensure you have appropriate clothing for the day.
Playing Colours & Numbers
All players must wear a playing shirt or bib which is clearly numbered. The number must be visible on both the front AND back of the shirt. Teams must identify playing numbers on the team sheets, no number may be used more than once, and players cannot swap numbers during the tournament.
Where possible, please bring a set of different coloured bibs in event of a clash of playing colours. Where opposing teams are deemed to be wearing colours that are too similar, the first named team on the schedule will be required to change their playing colour.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals between the 20th September and 15th October will incur a £100 fine
No Shows will incur a £100 fine for every fixture missed

It is strongly recommended that women and outfield players wear protective eye wear.
Photography
England Lacrosse will have members of the EL communications team onsite taking photos and gathering digital content for social media. These photos will be used for marketing purposes.
