Registration
REGISTRATION
Please report to the venue a minimum of 30 mins before the start of your designated competition. I.e. if Men’s Trophy begins at 12pm, the team must report to the venue before 11.30am.

Entry Costs
ENTRY COSTS
£275 per team for Regional Qualifiers
£50 per team for teams qualifying for English and Welsh Play Offs
£50 per team for British Final 4

This competition will NOT operate a staged entry process. As such, please ensure all entries are submitted through BUCS Play prior to the closing date listed above.
Championship or trophy?
Your previous years position will determine which competition you will be entered into and there will be a window for the opportunity to request a change following entries closing, although this is not guaranteed.

Entry Process
ENTRY PROCESS – TEAM EVENTS
To apply for this competition:
- Entries will need to be submitted via the team entries section of our online entry system, BUCS Play (Instructions on how to do this can be found here)
- Please speak to your Institution Administrator as they will need to submit your entry.
- Competitors then need to apply for their respective team. (Instructions on how to do this can be found here)
- Institution Administrators must approve a competitor’s application before their entry is confirmed. Institution Administrators are able to give team captains approval access to help with this process (Instructions on how to do this can be found here)
