Registration
Race numbers and timing chips will be collected from the registration desk in the Strawford Centre.
Timetable
12:15 – Riders/ supporters may start arriving from the main entrance. Please do not arrive before.
12:30 – Registration opens and will close at 14:00. Please arrive with plenty of time to register.
13:10 – 13:25 – Riders may access the track for warming up/ practice.
13:31 – First riders will start, after riders will start approximately every 3 minutes.
17:00 – Approximate start time of results presentation.

Withdrawals
To withdraw from the event, please contact your Institution Administrator who should inform the event lead.
Please see REG 7.9 for our withdrawal policy.

Free parking on site. Please use the main entrance at Castle Combe Race Circuit to access.

Changing Facilities/ Disability Access
There are gender neutral toilets on site at the venue in the main paddock area which can be used as changing facilities.
Food & Drink
The restaurant will be open in the main HQ area, serving hot food and drinks. Please do not enter with bike cleats and do not use the restaurant for changing. There will also be a coffee and cake pod near the Strawford Centre.
Presentations
The presentations will take place once the final rider finishes, approximately 17:00.
BUCS Points Available
Photography & Videography
Anyone wishing to take photos or video at this event must complete the BUCS Media Accreditation Form prior to the event.
BUCS reserves the right to prohibit photography equipment being used at a BUCS event. BUCS reserves the right to request that the individual ceases to take photographs, deletes any images and, if considered necessary, leaves the venue.

- All staff and volunteers are encouraged to travel to the event via public transport
- We have used local suppliers where possible
- Event programmes are all online, minimising paper use
- We will print on demand merchandise (if applicable)
- We are beginning to track our carbon footprint across BUCS events to identify areas of improvement.

- Be self-sufficient by bringing your own refillable bottles and coffee cups to reduce waste
- Ensure you are disposing of waste correctly – Check around the venue for specific recycling and food waste bins
