Registration
Registration will take place at 8:45am.
Each team's captain must register the team on arrival to BUCS staff in the BUCS Gazebo. Please bring your team sheet to registration or email it in advance to Erin Simmonds. Players must be in the team on BUCS Play.
All players are required to provide valid student identification at registration (i.e. student card). Anyone without the relevant identification may not be permitted to compete

Team Sheet
The team sheet can be downloaded here
All competitors must be listed on their team sheet on BUCS Play as well as providing a paper team sheet.
The paper team sheet must be brought to registration with your match day playing squad listed. Anyone listed on the paper team sheet who is not in the squad on BUCS Play will not be able to compete.
The team sheet can be emailed in advance to Erin Simmonds by Friday 19th June
Match Format
The match shall consist of one innings of 50 overs per side
Match Balls
BUCS will provide match play balls. Teams are responsible for their own warm-up and training balls.
REG CRI 6.1 Open National league and Open National Championship matches Grade 1 or Grade A standard white balls shall be used. BUCS recommends the Oxbridge Windsor Pro Ball. Note: This will require the use of black sightscreens.
Team Photos
Team photographs will take place outside the main pavilion at before the match start. Your team are asked to be ready for this time and dressed in their playing kit.
Changing Facilities
Both teams will have access to changing rooms. These can be located in the pavilion.
Kit
CRI 7.1 Open National league and Open National Championship matches Teams shall wear coloured playing shirts/sweaters and trousers. Any batting pads or wicket-keeping pads worn shall also be coloured. For the avoidance of doubt, teams are not permitted to wear white, ivory or any light colour likely to impact the sighting of a white ball.
Officials
Umpires have been appointed through the ECB.
Teams are required to provide scorers in line with Appendix 5.
Catering
Team Catering
Lunch will be provided between innings for the 14 players listed on your team sheet along with one coach and your scorer. Your team will be given lunch vouchers at registration. Each player, your coach and scorer should take a voucher with you when collecting your lunch.

If do not complete the form, we cannot guarantee we can meet your dietary requirement.
Spectator Catering
A tea and coffee vendor will be available who will also sell snacks. No other catering provision will be available.
Parking
Parking is available and free of charge. Stewards at Wormsley will direct players and spectators on arrival to parking.

- Spectators will be parking in Cricket Bank Parking
BUCS Points
Please see Appendix 1 and Reg 6 for the BUCS Points available at this event.
Tickets
This is not a ticketed event. Spectators can attend free of charge.
Photography & Videography
Anyone wishing to take photos or video at this event must complete the BUCS Media Accreditation Form prior to the event. Please speak to a BUCS member of staff on the day to collect your accreditation.
BUCS reserves the right to prohibit photography equipment being used at a BUCS event. BUCS reserves the right to request that the individual ceases to take photographs, deletes any images and, if considered necessary, leaves the venue.
