Entry Allowance
Institutions have 2 guaranteed entries (1 x Open and 1 x Female) for the BUCS Championships.
Please note: each team must supply a referee of a standard to oversee each competition entered. If you enter 3 teams, you must bring 3 referees.
Entry into the Open Trophy will be for second and lower ranked teams from institutions who have entered a first team into the Open Championship. Were the Canoe Polo Championships to hit capacity, facilitating entries into the Open Championship and Female Championship will take priority, with the number of entries able to be facilitated in the Open Trophy subject to how many can then be accommodated. This has previously been the policy with entries for the Open B-League. For the Open Trophy, all second teams will be facilitated before any third teams and so on. If it is not possible to accommodate all teams of the same rank (for example second teams), teams of that rank will be accommodated on a first come first served basis.
