(Institutional Administrators are given 48 hours after the student/competitor deadline to approve entries)
Entry Cost: £40
Staged Entry
Should the competition allow more entries a Stage 2 Entry window will open. Priority will remain with the entries received before the Stage 1 entry closing date. Entries received in the Stage 2 window and accepted into the competition, will be charged an additional 20% fee.

Stage 2 Costs
£48 per competitor
Competition Format
BUCS Duathlon comprises of a 2 mile run / 10 mile bike / 2 mile run
The run takes place along the perimeter of the race track. The cycle route follows 5 laps of the circuit, before finishing with 2 miles of the race track perimeter again.
Team Competition
Men's Overall Team - The team placing shall be determined by the fastest cumulative time for three athletes from the same institution.
Women's Overall Team - The team placing shall be determined by the fastest cumulative time for three athletes from the same institution.
Institutions with 3 or more competitiors will automatically be entered into the team competition. No additional entry is required.
Please note only one team per university will be awarded BUCS Points.
Entry Process
To apply for this competition:
1. Competitor to complete competition application on BUCS Play
2. Institution administrator approves entry
3. BUCS approves/denies entry into competition and publishes confirmed entry list.

Wave start times will be allocated based on estimated finish times submitted with entry. Please note these cannot be changed once race waves have been allocated.
