Please do not disturb the timekeepers at the finish line. They will not give you a time.
Registration
Registration will be in Edale Village Hall. You must bring your student card to register. This is where you will collect your race number and transponder.
At the conclusion of the event, you must return you transponder after you ride. If you do not return it, it will result in a £50 charge.
Provisional Timetable
11:45pm: Registration Opens
12:30pm: First Rider
A prize will be given after the last rider finishes.
Withdrawal Process
Competitor withdrawals must be made by a competitors athletic/ students union by emailing Ali Root.
Competitors will have until 17:00 on Friday 11 October 2019 to withdraw from the event free of charge.
Competitors who do not withdraw before 17:00 on the 11 October 2019 and do not attend registration will be classed as a late withdrawal/no show and therefore will be charged the entry fee and will also be fined £20 which will be charged after the event to the competitor’s athletic union.
Should a withdrawal be accompanied with a valid doctor’s note, no fine will be given but the entry fee will still be charged.

Prizes and Live Results
Prize giving will take place at the end of the event after the final rider has completed the course. The presentation will occur at Edale Village Hall.
Results will be displayed in the village hall and updated live on www.actionsportstiming.co.uk
Local Regulations
It's important to know that the road will be closed to all traffic from midday. There is also to be no warming up on the hill once the event has started.
