£18 per competitor
Entry Allowance
Up to 4 athletes per institution. 2 guaranteed and 2 non guaranteed entry spaces.
Please rank your athletes in order of preference.
If a race reaches capacity, there will be a B race and seeding of the races will be based on an athlete's entry standards.
Entry Standards
The following standards must be achieved by ALL competitors between 1 January 2020 and 11 April 2023.

These times must be attained from either a 10,000m track race in the first instance or a 10Km road race. The track time will take precedence.
Entry Process
To apply for the competition all eligible competitors must follow these steps:
- Competitor to apply to the event on BUCS Play (Instructions on how to do this can be found here)
- Institution administrator approves entry (Instructions on how to do this can be found here)
- BUCS approves/denies entry into competition and publishes confirmed entry list
