A big welcome to the new season of British Universities & Colleges Sport!
We are looking to expand our pool of doctors for the events of the coming season. Working at BUCS is a great opportunity to gain experience at different sports where university students from all over the country compete across many disciplines. It is also an opportunity to meet like-minded colleagues and expand your sports medicine network. There will appropriate supervision available depending on your current grade & experience.
Events include:
· Boxing
· Cross Country
· Gymnastics
· BUCS Nationals (Athletics, Karate, Badminton, Fencing)
· Trampolining
· Snowsports
· Track Cycling
· Judo
· BUCS Big Wednesday (Multi sport)
· Outdoor Athletics
To undertake paid work as a doctor for BUCS events you would need:
· An in-date Pre-Hospital Trauma Certificate
· Appropriate Indemnity for this role
