A powerhouse squad of GB student-athletes is set to compete in a full spectrum of track and field events at the Rhine-Ruhr 2025 FISU World University Games.

It’s official, the GB Students Athletics team for the FISU World University Games has been selected, and they’re ready to bring the heat to Rhine-Ruhr, Germany this July šŸ”„

With a huge variety of events covered, from sprints to steeplechase, jumps to throws, pole vaults to half marathons this squad is bursting with talent from across the UK (and beyond). Representing universities including Loughborough, Birmingham, Edinburgh, and even Duke and Columbia, these student athletes are ready to show the world what British university sport is all about.

Sprints & Hurdles
