LUSL Basketball consists of around 30 teams offering male and female teams across all tiers!
This year LUSL are growing the sport with a new format- 3x3! This fast, fun and enjoyable format of basketball will be featured in the next Olympics. Keep an eye out for more information on how to get involved!

Running in the summer term- it's a great way to enjoy the best of the British Summer Sun.

The biggest programme in LUSL, Football has over 130 teams across the men’s and women’s leagues.
Men’s Football currently has two competitions; Men’s Saturday and Men’s Wednesday allowing flexibility on when to compete and the opportunity to play twice a week!
The women’s football programme has three leagues across all competition tiers. The competition offers the chance to compete in either a competitive environment or a league focused around beginners and the enjoyment of the game.

Hockey is the programme with the most variety, with three league structures; Men’s, Women’s and the opportunity to play in a Mixed competition!
Across the three formats of the competition there is the chance to compete at recreational, intermediate and competitive tiers and to get involved with the knockouts and LUSL Fest.

LUSL Lacrosse is a mixed competition designed to get as many players into the sport as possible. The Mixed lacrosse league has been growing year on year and is a great opportunity to get players into the swing of the sport.

60 teams, 10 leagues, 2 cup competitions across 3 levels of the competition, Netball is one of the most established programmes in LUSL.
It is a big part of sport in London allowing teams the chance to either double up their playing time and compete with the best, rediscover the sport you love without over committing or introduce yourself to a new sociable sport

Get involved with LUSL’s SCRUM-ptious offering and play at a level that is perfect for you. LUSL Rugby Union currently runs a women’s intermediate programme and is the perfect opportunity to introduce new players and teams to the game!

Squash is a well-established LUSL programme with over 30 teams involved. It offers a great chance for teams to compete against their local rivals at a range of levels.
LUSL’s league squash competition is played in a team format, with each team consisting of 5 players. Squash also has an extensive knockout programme, with the winner gaining the bragging rights of London!
