Description
We are looking for Level 1 & 2 coaches with great interpersonal skills to lead training sessions at White City, London, and attend matches at Regent's Park, Shenley Sports Ground, and Hackney Marshes throughout the season.
UCLWFC is one of the largest university women’s football clubs in the UK with 4 teams and over 100 members. We pride ourselves in our ability to provide football opportunities to students of all experience levels, fostering an inclusive environment.
Our 1st Team is composed of our most skilled and experienced members. They perform at a consistently high level in the LUSL and BUCS league and are often contenders for the top positions in both leagues. The 1st Team additionally plays an annual match against King’s College London as part of the London Varsity Series which they have won on the majority of occasions and for which we hope to regain the title in the upcoming season.
Our 2nd and 3rd team are comprised of a mix of experienced and beginner players competing across BUCS & LUSL. They are passionate and driven, enabling them to be strong competitors in their leagues and motivated to improve.
Our season starts in October and ends in late March, with weekly training sessions on Thursday evenings (7 to 9 pm) near White City, London. LUSL and BUCS matches usually take place on Wednesday and Sunday afternoons.
