Description
We are looking for a physiotherapist/sports therapist/sports rehabilitation therapist with some pitchside experience to assist the team in the game day preparation and management of any acute injuries on field.
The team have some home and some away matches (the full schedule of matches, times and locations available on request). All matches are played on Wednesday afternoons/evenings.
The successful candidate will also be able to join in with the OURFC Medical team for CPD and in-service training as well as opportunities to progress within OURFC's medical team structure and gain further experience.
Essential requirements:
- Physiotherapy degree, Sports Therapy Degree, Sports Rehabilitation degree or equivalent
- Membership of relevant governing body (CSP, HCPC, STA, BASRaT, etc)
- Appropriate PLI Cover
- Minimum 1 year working with a sports team on match/game days
- Rugby experience is desirable but not essential
