You will be responsible for ensuring training sessions are delivered to a high standard and to support a range of teams on match days. You will play a key role in supporting our student-athlete focus programme. You will work closely with a range of support service practitioners, and be expected to engage with a variety of external partners including NGB's and professional clubs.
About You:
You will have a strong understanding of the broad range of support services and elements required to provide an effective high performance athlete environment, and how to develop performance hockey players as both student-athletes and people. You will be conscientious with good communication, influencing and team working skills. In addition, you will need to be adaptable and have a flexible approach to work with availability to work evenings and weekends where necessary.
