Description
Role Purpose:
BUCS is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual who holds a coaching/officiating qualification and understand different coaching/officiating levels, recruitment and deployment of coaches and officials within university and the community, to act as Workforce Representative for the Netball Sport Advisory Group (SAG). The Workforce Development Representative will present the voice and opinions of the sport workforce, and act as an ambassador for the BUCS Netball programme.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Act as an ambassador for BUCS and the sport programme

Establish relationships between BUCS and the Netball workforce within member institutions

Advise the BUCS Sport Advisory Group (SAG) on all matters relating to the workforce behind BUCS Netball.

Help develop a strategic annual delivery plan, in close liaison with the relevant NGB Workforce leads, encompassing workforce feedback as one element of the plan.

Support the delivery of BUCS Netball events e.g. BUCS Big Wednesday and the annual Netball conference

Attend all relevant SAG meetings and provide any updates on actions from previous meetings.
