Registration
Please check in with the tournament director(s) on arrival for any important information and to sign off on your rosters.
Withdrawals
To withdraw from the event, please contact your Institution Administrator who should inform the event lead.
Please see REG 7.9 for our withdrawal policy.
Parking
Parking is available at all events this weekend. Please note that at the East & London, North East & North West and South East venues, you may need to pay for parking. More information about each event can be found here.
Changing Facilities / Disability Access
All of the venues have access to changing facilities, including accessible changing rooms. If you are not sure where these are located, please speak to the tournament director or members of venue staff. Please note that for West Midlands & Wales, these are located in the main building NOT in the dome.
Gender neutral changing may not be available at every venue but if you have any concerns, please speak to the tournament director or a member of venue staff.
Catering
Food is available at some events this weekend. Please note that there is no food onsite or nearby at the South West or Scotland events so please bring all the food you need with you.

Photography & Videography
Anyone wishing to take photos or video at this event must complete the BUCS Media Accreditation Form prior to the event.
BUCS reserves the right to prohibit photography equipment being used at a BUCS event. BUCS reserves the right to request that the individual ceases to take photographs, deletes any images and, if considered necessary, leaves the venue.

Sustainability
The sustainability of our event matters to us and these are the positive steps we are taking to manage our environmental impact:
- All staff and volunteers are encouraged to travel to the event via public transport
- We have used local suppliers where possible
- Event programmes are all online, minimising paper use
- We are beginning to track our carbon footprint across BUCS events to identify areas of improvement.
How can you help at this event? Here’s some ideas:
- Be self-sufficient by bringing your own refillable bottles and coffee cups to reduce waste.
- Ensure you are disposing of waste correctly – Check around the venue for specific recycling and food waste bins.
- Travel smarter – as a team on a minibus, cycle or use public transport.
- Go paperless - use your phone for all event information
