Please note: The short entry window is as a result of teams knowing they need to enter. There will be no exceptions for missed entry due to the proximity of the event to the deadline.

ENTRY COSTS

£380.00 per team of six competitors

To apply for this competition:

1. Entries will need to be submitted via the Sailing 22-23 sport community section of our online entry system, BUCS Play (Instructions on how to do this can be found here)

2. Please speak to your Institution Administrator as they will need to submit your entry.

3. A Team Captain must be selected by your Institution Administrator as part of the team before entries close (Instructions on how to do this can be found here).

4. Competitors then need to apply for their respective team. (Instructions on how to do this can be found here)

5. Competitors must also have joined their institutions competitors and reserves list, which can be found in the events tab of the sailing 22-23 community. This must be done as well as joining your respective team, or you will not be able to compete.

To check whether you are eligible to compete in BUCS competitions, please visit REG 4 Individual Eligibility. 

For all sailing events, ALL competitors must be on the competitors and reserves list as well as in their respective teams. If this is not the case, your entry will be voided and you will not be able to compete.

For the team sailing events, competitors must have joined both their team (for example, BUCS Blue) and the competitors and reserve list (BUCS competitors and reserves list). The competitors and reserves list can be found on the events tab of the sailing 22-23 community on BUCS play, along with the team racing qualifiers event.

Please ensure you join the competitors and reserves list and ensure a captain/administrator approves you prior to Thursday 2 February at 23:59pm.
