Thursday 16 October 2025 at 23:59 – Admin Approval Deadline 

(Players to have been approved and assigned in a team by an Institution Administrator on BUCS Play)

£185 per team 

SINGLE ENTRY 

This competition will NOT operate a staged entry process. As such, please ensure all entries are submitted through BUCS Play prior to the closing date listed above.

Entry Allowance

Institutions can enter more than one men’s and one women’s team. If the event reaches capacity BUCS reserves the right to cut entries. If entries are cut, entry priority will be given in the following order: 

  • Championship teams from 2024-25 (first team only) 

  • Trophy teams from 2024-25 (first team only)  

  • New Institutions first teams  

  • Institution second/third etc teams 

Institution Administrators (IA) must enter the desired number of teams on BUCS Play.

Entry Cap

The following limits will be in place for this years competitions:

Championship Competition will be capped at 16 teams per gender

Trophy Competition will be capped at 8 teams per gender

Should any competitions be oversubscribed, BUCS will cut entries as per the entry allowance tab above.

Entry Process

To apply for this competition:

  1. Entries will need to be submitted via the team entries section of our online entry system, BUCS Play (Instructions on how to do this can be found here)
  2. Please speak to your Institution Administrator as they will need to enter the correct number of teams for you.
  3. Competitors then need to apply for the respective event. (Instructions on how to do this can be found here)
  4. Institution Administrators must assign competitors to the correct team during the approval process. (Instructions on how to do this can be found here)

Withdrawals

Institiution Administrators will be able to withdraw teams at any point without charge up until the Team Join Deadline (9 October 2025 at 23:59pm).

After the Team Join Deadline (9 October 2025 at 23:59pm) withdrawals will still incur the full entry fee. Withdrawals should be made by emailing the BUCS Event Team, after which the event lead will be in touch to confirm.

Event Guide

The Event Guide and Tournament Schedule will be released as soon as possible after entries close on 9 October. 

Photography & Videography

Anyone wishing to take photos or video at this event must complete the BUCS Media Accreditation Form prior to the event. Once you have completed the form, please go to the England Lacrosse Control Desk at the event to receive your media accreditation/confirmation of your access to take photos.

BUCS & England Lacrosse reserves the right to prohibit photography equipment being used at a BUCS event.

BUCS & England Lacrosse reserves the right to request that the individual ceases to take photographs, deletes any images and, if considered necessary, leaves the venue.
