Guest Entries

Guest entries from non-BUCS member institutions are allowed. Anyone wishing to enter as a guest should contact Ryan Koolen and apply for the event through BUCS Play. For information about how to enter as a Guest please refer to this help guide.

Withdrawals and changes

Withdrawals must be made in writing by an athletic union or students’ union and e-mailed to the BUCS Event Manager listed at the end of this document. Withdrawals after the entry closing date (Thursday 7 October 2021) will still be charged the entry fee (Reg 3.2.4). Withdrawal of a competitor does not guarantee a replacement into the competition. Reserves will only be charged an entry fee if they are accepted into the competition. Competitors who do not withdraw, and do not register at the venue, will be classified as a ‘no-show’ and charged the entry fee and an additional £50 fine payable by the competitor’s athletic union or students’ union (Reg 4.4).
