Thursday 30th May 2024 at 23:59 - Institution Administrator deadline

(Institutional Administrators are given 48 hours after the student / competitor deadline to approve entries)

Should the competition allow more entries a Stage 2 Entry window will open. Priority will remain with the entries received before the Stage 1 entry closing date. Entries received in the Stage 2 window and accepted into the competition, will be charged an additional 20% fee.

Please read Appendix 1 in conjunction with Regulation 6 for a full breakdown of BUCS Points available.

The Open Team competition will be made up of an institution's top 3 riders, the Female Team Competition will be made up of an institution's top 2 riders.

Maximum number of entries both Open and Women’s competitions combined: 300 (no max number of entries per institution)

If the entry limit is reached for both competitions each competition will be capped at 150 riders. Institutions are requested to rank the athletes in case of oversubscribed entries whereby entries will be distributed to all institutions until the point at which there is oversubscription. The remaining places will be filled by randomn ballot.
