Registration
Registration will take place at 8:45am.
Each team's captain must register the team on arrival to BUCS staff in the main pavilion. Please bring your team sheet to registration. Players must be in the team on BUCS Play.
All players are required to provide valid student identification at registration (i.e. student card). Anyone without the relevant identification may not be permitted to compete
Team Sheet
All competitors must be listed on their team sheet on BUCS Play as well as providing a paper team sheet.
All team captains or coaches must bring a paper team sheet to registration with their match day playing squad listed. A download of this can be found here. The paper team sheet must be brought to registration with your match day playing squad listed. Anyone listed on the paper team sheet who is not in the squad on BUCS Play will not be able to compete.
The team sheet can be emailed in advance to Erin Simmonds by Tuesday 10 June.

Team Information
Match Format
The match shall consist of one innings of 50 overs per side
Scorers
Teams are required to provide scorers in line with Appendix 5
Match Balls
BUCS will provide match play balls. Teams are responsible for their own warm-up and training balls.
CRI 6.1 Grade A standard and English manufactured pink balls shall be used. BUCS recommends the Oxbridge Windsor Ball for men and the Oxbridge Kensington Ball for women.

Nets can be used as part of your warm-up
Team Photos
Team photographs will take place outside the main pavilion at 10:20. Your team are asked to be ready for this time and dressed in their playing kit.
Changing Facilities
Both teams will have access to changing rooms. These can be located from the balcony of the main pavilion.
Kit
CRI 7.2 All teams are strongly encouraged to play in coloured clothing although this is not mandatory, but all players within the team must be in the same kit. Coloured tops and white trousers, white tops and coloured trousers, or traditional whites are acceptable. Teams are not permitted to wear kit which is predominantly pink, unless agreed with the opposition.
Team Catering
Lunch will be provided for 14 members of each team – this includes your playing squad of 12, one coach and your scorer. Your lunch will be claimed using a match tea voucher provided in your team pack. You will not be served lunch without presenting your match tea voucher upon collection of your lunch.

If do not complete the form, we cannot guarantee we can meet your dietary requirement.
Presentations
Presentations will take place on the pitch as soon as possible after the final has finished. A maximum of 12 medals will be awarded to the squad on the day.
Spectator Information
Spectator Catering
There will be food and drink available for spectators to purchase from the bar located in the main clubhouse.
The full bar will be open from 12pm.
Spectators should NOT bring their own alcohol into the venue. Alcohol and soft drinks can be purchased from the bar.
Tickets
This is not a ticketed event. Spectators can attend free of charge.
Parking
Parking is available and free of charge. Coach parking is not available. Any team traveling via coach should be dropped off and the coach will be required to park offsite.
Photography & Videography
Anyone wishing to take photos or video at this event must complete the BUCS Media Accreditation Form prior to the event. Please speak to a BUCS member of staff on the day to collect your accreditation.
BUCS reserves the right to prohibit photography equipment being used at a BUCS event. BUCS reserves the right to request that the individual ceases to take photographs, deletes any images and, if considered necessary, leaves the venue.
