BUCS Conference Finals: Scottish

Registration will take place at the Sports Centre reception desk (on left as you walk in). Registration opens at 10:00 and we ask teams to register at least one hour before their final.

A member of staff, or the captain, is required to register the team. Please note that we will require a completed team sheet upon registration.
 

All teams are asked to provide their own warm up and protective equipment. Please make not of any specific footwear requirements as per your venue.

Specific kit colour information will be sent directly to teams where necessary.

All officials have been appointed by SSS in accordance with BUCS Appendix 5.

Due to the number of fixtures, there is no guarantee of a changing room exclusive to each team for the day. A specific timetable for changing rooms will be sent to all teams in advance of their final.

Belongings left in the changing rooms are at the participants' own risk. Please use the lockers available on site.
 

Prizegiving for medlas and trophies will take place at the conclusion of each final.

Please listen to the SSS staff members so you can be directed to the appropriate area.

It is the responsibility of 2019 COnference winners to return the trophies/plates for presentation this year.

There will be photography and vidoegraphy taking place at the event, and this will be shared through SSS platforms post-event.

If you do not wish to have your image or likeness used in these, please get in touch ASAP.

First Aiders, Paramedics and an ambulance will be on-site in case of emergency or serious injury.

Further, there will be a small number of Sports Massage students available for short slots on the day, available free of charge!
