Entry Approval via England Athletics
England Athletics will manually approve competition entries after the closing entry deadline, with the top ranked athletes being approved first. Therefore, athletes will not immediately receive notification that their entry has been approved for the competition.
There will be a cap of 16 entries for each category in these championships. A waiting list will be in operation, and athletes will be approved from the waiting list based on best performances. This will not be a first come first served system.
Payment must be made to England Athletics within 48 hours of approval to secure your entry. If the payment is not made within this timeframe, the place will be withdrawn and allocated to an athlete on the waitlist.
BUCS will only invoice institutions for athletes who are successful in gaining a place within the 16 in each category.
