We’re looking for a Sports Club Coordinator to join us at Royal Holloway Students’ Union and provide high-quality support to our 40 student sports clubs: the heartbeat of campus community life! 🏆✨
In this role, you’ll:
🤝 Support student-led sports clubs with day-to-day admin and enquiries
📅 Assist with fixtures, activities and club development throughout the year
⚙️ Improve processes and response times to help clubs operate smoothly
📊 Contribute to delivering the team’s annual plans and long-term goals
🌟 Play a vital part in strengthening welcoming, inclusive student communities
