Warwick Sports has an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and customer orientated individual to join our team as a Lifeguard.
Working within the new state of the art Sports hub facilities, you’ll work alongside a vibrant team of motivated individuals with one aim – to provide first class customer service, ensuring our customers feel safe and always cared for. Whilst the majority share of the role will be lifeguarding and its associated duties, you will also support across the sports hub working closely with Front of House teams with various duties including equipment setup, resolving customer queries, and increasing our membership base through upselling and providing accurate information on products and services. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring all customers that use the facilities including staff members Universities standards and regulations.
In this role no two days will be the same, you’ll also have the chance to rotate between our different venues supporting the front of house teams, which includes the Sports Centre, Games Hall, Cryfield Centre and Tennis Centre, working within different areas of each and supporting duties as directed by Duty Managers.
