The University of Nottingham is investing significantly in it’s sporting infrastructure, with a £40m Sports Village and substantial investment in it’s coaching and development support for it’s 75 sports clubs and 125+ active teams. The University placed 2nd in the BUCS league table for 2018/19 and were awarded The Sunday Times Good University Guide Sports University of the Year 2019 & 2021.
We are currently seeking assistant squash coaches for the upcoming 2021/22 season. The club consists of 5 Men’s & 5 Women’s BUCS teams, ranging from Premier North to Midlands 3A.
There are two fixed term contracts available, running from September 2021 – June 2022, within this contract the assistant coaches, ideally holding a minimum of an England Squash Level 2 squash coaching qualification or with national level playing experience, will help deliver an innovative and effective squash programme to support the development of elite, competitive and participation squash within the university. The value of the contracts are £2500 each, (100 hours @ £25 per hour).
Whilst this is a fixed term contract, for the right individuals we will look to extend into future years.
